*SCOPE OF WORK*

This position is responsible for analysis, preparing reports and other informational documents. An essential function of this position is to analyze information and statistical data for use by management and the Judiciary. Provide project and training support and serve as an informational resource for court data. Provide other administrative and clerical support to organization. This position works independently reporting updates through periodic meetings and memos.

*Essential Duties*

· Periodically audits Uniform Data Reporting

· Collects, reviews, analyzes, audits and amends Summary Reporting System (SRS) and Jury Management data reports.

· Searches computer database to prepares electronic reports for court programs.

· Works with staff on department projects by providing research and statistical reports.

· Researches court files to determine status and/or action required.

· Prepares standard court orders for review and to be filed electronically.

· Monitors court files for updated case filings.

· Assist Court Administration with clerical duties as assigned.

· Establishes and maintains working relationships with judicial and non-judicial State Courts System personnel, state staff, local government, and the public.

· Sets up and maintains files, books, records, and other departmental systems of responsibility; provides database updates as required, maintains accuracy of statistical data.

Other related duties as required by Supervisor

*RELATED CONTACTS*

Interact daily with Judges, Judicial Assistants, and Support Staff. Contact with Clerk of Court, State Attorney, Public Defender, and Law Enforcement agencies.

*EDUCATION*

Refers to job specific training and education that is recommended for entry into the position. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis. Bachelor’s degree in criminology or related social sciences, statistics, management information systems, or a closely related field.

*EXPERIENCE*

Two years of related work experience, with strong personal computer skills.

*EQUIPMENT*

Personal computers, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, a variety of printers, fax machines and copiers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,222.19 per month
