Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide executive administrative support to the President. The President plays a central role in all operations for the company.

Candidates must have exceptional communications skills, be flexible yet thorough and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who exemplifies a positive attitude. He/she will handle a wide variety of situations and will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material across a full spectrum of real estate investment and development activities. He/she will represent the President to a wide constituency of professional and personal contacts.

Functional role
· Utilize technology skills and a variety of software packages for meeting management, reporting and tracking systems, correspondence, databases, travel arrangements, presentations, and reports.

· Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments as directed and communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels.

· Collect and process expense reimbursements; answer phone calls and administer activities as directed; coordinate travel, review email and disseminate appropriately, continually update contacts and calendar

· Maintain significant confidential information such as strategic plans, financial information, executive meeting information, etc.

· Coordinate Managing Partner’s financial, business, and/or personal matters.

*Skills traits, capabilities, and experience*

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a C-level Executive.

· Real estate experience is preferred but not required.

· Word processing (60+ wpm), graphics, spreadsheets (Excel), presentation skills (Power Point).

· Excellent spelling and grammar, good phone skills, organized, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, able to multi-task, carefully proofs own work.

· Works through ambiguity and maintains professionalism in difficult situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
