We are currently seeking Licensed and Unlicensed professionals with EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience to join our independent Insurance agency! You will be part of a system where our average insurance agents make $150,000/ year and our top insurance agents make $600,000+.

What We Will Provide:

· WARM CLIENTS- We provide a system that compiles a system of WARM clients.

· OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS- Our products, including life, health, and retirement products to ensure that multiple solutions are offered to every client you meet. We focus on cash value life insurance, annuities, and Medicare Supplements.

· WORLD-CLASS TRAINING- What would you pay for one-on-one training with an agent who has made over $1 million dollars a year for the past few years at other IMOs? For all our agents, training is FREE.

Our Insurance Brokers will be responsible for the following:

· Setting Appointments with clients who expressed interest in receiving information on one of our insurance programs either over the phone, social media, internet or via mail.

· Pre-Qualifying clients in-home for the insurance programs offered.

· Submitting completed applications to our partner insurance carriers and following up on the status of applications until approval.

· Providing great customer service to families in need!

Requirements:

· 1- 2 years of Customer Service Experience

· Willingness to learn.

· Obtain an Insurance license (If you do not have one already)

· MOST IMPORTANTLY: An attitude that is persistent, hungry, driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Day-to-Day Duties:

· Calling out to clients that have submitted requests for our services and making sure that we can assist them.

· Finalizing in-person recommendations on insurance coverage to your clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
* Bonus pay
* Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
· Remote interview process

· Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

Experience:
* Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* Life Insurance License (Preferred)
