Ø Covid-19- Due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic and our commitment to ensure the overall health of everyone working in our facilities we have instituted a Health and Temperature Screening Program. Anyone entering our facilities must submit to both screenings to be allowed entry into our facilities.

o i. The Health Screening can be conducted by a simple QR code if you have access to a smart phone or computer, or you can simply fill out a paper form each day. The QR code is most preferred as it allows you to simply scan the 2D barcode, answer a few brief questions and based on your response you will receive either a Green Checkmark, or a Red “X”. Green will allow you to advance to have your temperature screened. If you receive a Red “X”, please do not come to work, you will not be allowed into our facility. Please follow your normal call-out procedures by notifying your agency who will in turn notify us.

o ii. The Temperature Screening will be conducted by a qualified and trained staff member at the DC. Your personal information will remain confidential at all times, your individual screening will be private between you and the screener. No notes will be written, as to your results, but you will be notified by the screen as a pass or fail. Passing is any temperature under 100.3, failing is any temperature over 100.4. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher you may be asked for a re-screen after 10 minutes. If the temperature remains above 100.4, you will not be allowed to enter the facility, you should contact your agency and follow the normal call-out procedures. Your agency will contact you with follow up instructions.

o iii. AmerisourceBergen has instituted an at work mask policy. Upon entering our facility, you will be required to wear a mask that covers both your nose and mouth. We highly encourage you to wear a clean cloth mask each day. If you do not have a mask, or your current mask is not clean we will provide one for you. Wearing your mask is mandatory at all times with the exceptions being when you are actively eating, drinking, or outside the facilities and maintaining proper social distances from the outside break areas.

o iv. Personal Hygiene and Social Distancing are pillars to maintaining a healthy at work environment. We ask that you follow CDC guidelines for personal hygiene by washing your hands for at least 20 seconds as appropriate. We also provide hand sanitizer at key areas within our facility. We also request that you make every opportunity to maintain at least 6 feet of social distance at all times. We understand that some job functions may not allow for 6 feet, we simply ask that you complete that job function as safely and quickly as possible to minimize the contact.

o v. Facility Cleaning is performed throughout the day, with scheduled deep cleanings throughout the week.
