Develop new offerings related to the quickly evolving and maturing landscape of ESG controls and risk management.

  • Develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities associated with ESG controls and regulatory disclosure that result in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with ERM’s global strategy.
  • Support and advise ERM account teams on framing risk management and value creation conversations linked to compelling and robust ESG disclosures. Be familiar with/have the ability to articulate how clients can (1) better communicate ESG-related risks; (2) outline their ESG strategy; (3) disclose their ESG targets and progress; and (4) strengthen their ESG governance structure
  • Grow our brand presence and raise the profile of ERM’s capabilities among financial leadership within our client organizations, enabling connectivity between ESG data management and their existing financial systems.
