Sentara Health is recruiting a Vice President, EPMO - Enterprise Project Management Office. The Vice President, EPMO will centralize and optimize project management activities across the Sentara enterprise. Establish governance frameworks, standard processes and approaches, and align project portfolios with strategic goals to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Guide teams and aligned business clients through the entire PMO process from ideation, sizing, resourcing, execution and value delivery. Orchestrates, prioritizes and analyzes the potential value of many projects and programs in a portfolio to manage them simultaneously and optimize resource management.(PPM)


The Vice President, EPMO will work on-site in Norfolk, Virginia.


Job Summary

Qualifications:


BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Other


Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) - Other/National


Advanced skills in managing multiple million-dollar budgets, Delivery of results, Experience managing both indirectly and directly across multiple projects and divisions, Organizing and managing large complex set of programs, Project Management, Proven experience establishing KPIs and performance governance within projects


Skills


Client management and executive alignment skills, Complex Problem Solving, Organizing and managing large complex set of programs
