Reporting to the Director Learning and Leadership Development, this role supports the practice area for senior leadership development, particularly individual executive solutions. This is a key role linked to our leadership development strategy to focus on executive development – building the leadership skills and mindsets of our most senior and influential leadership group. This role supports the strategic thinking and execution on how we bring our leadership model to life helping our leaders to demonstrate growth behaviors and equipping them with critical skills so that they can be successful across the networked organization.


What You’ll Do For Us

  • Support the strategy and development of key experiences, programs and tools that will be offered as part of our Executive Development practice
  • Delegated accountability to activate end-to-end experiences, programs and tools
  • Ensure the proper external vendors are selected and onboarded to deliver against our executive development strategy
  • Partner with global T&D Directors and Operating Unit leaders across the globe providing support in the successful deployment of senior leadership development solutions
  • Global scope and supports the Coca-Cola system as directed
  • Delegated accountability to own/support as required:
  • Executive onboarding and transitions
  • Executive coaching
  • System leadership
  • Senior leadership team development (in partnership with our Manager Team Development)
  • Executive education

Work Focus

  • Support development of end-to-end experience/programs for senior leaders with LXP designers and external vendors
  • Manages senior leadership learning community with Learning community manager
  • Provides consulting and coaching services to senior leadership teams
  • Works with enterprise capability team to integrate enterprise capabilities into relevant senior leadership development solutions
  • Works with local deployment teams to ensure senior leadership solutions are effectively tailored and fit for deployment

Communication Focus

  • Communicates the senior leadership solutions to wider organization through key stakeholders such as learning community manger and People Services communication for larger marketing and communications activities
  • Passionate advocate with HRD community of senior leadership development solutions, active contributor in learning communities to maintain the profile of senior leadership development solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5 – 8 years’ experience as a learning and development (leadership and team) manager / consultant.
  • Experienced in executive development programs, senior leadership team dynamics, coaching and activating end-to-end leadership experiences.
  • Experienced in consulting with senior stakeholders.
  • Experienced in working with third party vendors to design bespoke programs.
  • Experience in working in a COE, matrixed learning organization managing key stakeholders and leading a significant component of the leadership / learning agenda
