We are looking for individuals excited to join our growing team of Relationship Managers, Account Executives, and Training Specialists. Our Relationship Managers are the primary contact for clients utilizing our complete risk management platform. Relationship Managers are knowledgeable in the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

*What you will do: *
* Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and in a customer service friendly manner.
* Contact clients via outbound phone calls and emails.
* Schedule onboarding and training sessions for new and current clients.
* Identify and resolve issues that impact clients’ experiences.
* Channel escalated issues to appropriate supervisory staff.
* Other administrative responsibilities, as required.

* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
* Strong sense of commitment and accountability.
* Call Center experience is preferred.

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
