*Description*

MB&A is seeking a senior-level Salesforce Architect/Engineer/Administrator with code deployment, end user support, troubleshooting and release expertise. This position will have direct interaction with one of our largest clients and their stakeholders ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Supporting a Salesforce platform at the Department of Veterans Affairs in a high-demand customer success environment. Responsibilities may include deploying code changes in different environments for testing and production environments through Copado, end user support, troubleshooting, and managing security settings in Salesforce. This position will offer direct exposure to our core business with a focus on ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

In this role, you demonstrate technical skills blended with a value-to-business mindset with an ability to support customers using the Salesforce platform. You administer and deploy scalable SFDC solutions to ensure that we are improving efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform.

*Job Responsibilities: *

* Effectively and efficiently complete Tier 2/3 level cases and act as SME for various Salesforce Modules.
* Support the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VA’s shared Salesforce platform.
* Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Salesforce setup options as necessary.
* Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations.
* Participate in reviewing design elements and providing counsel to development teams working with overlapping objects in the org, identifying and suggesting mitigations technical design risks where applicable.
* Evaluate new Salesforce releases and applications, participate in plans for their implementation and remain current with Salesforce administration best practices.
* Manage Salesforce enhancement projects to support business needs, including collaborating closely with external contractors, solution vendors, and consultants to deliver new business functionality to the platform.
* Perform regression testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and development.
* Create reports in Salesforce to meet operational requirements including maintaining a standard set of queries/reports to satisfy requirements; validate queries/reports created by others in the organization and assist in the interpretation of data. Provide meaningful and actionable intelligence to our business groups.
* Analyzing organization capabilities in order to suggest process and performance improvement
* Support the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VA’s shared Salesforce platform.
* Managing the lifecycle of change requests and deploying any changes to Production.
* Define and implement standardized deployment schedules that deliver hotfixes, minor, medium, and major releases (using GitHub, Copado, and Salesforce methods).
* Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations.
* Act as a Salesforce SME and participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements when needed.
* Evaluate new Salesforce releases and applications, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce administration best practices.
* Provide Salesforce development best practice insight for secure application development and release management.
* Troubleshoot and complete complex data loads.
* Conduct troubleshooting on applications and platform to support internal and external needs
* Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing standard methodologies for Salesforce, data management and governance
* Managing the lifecycle of change requests and deploying any changes to Production.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form.
* Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States.
* Certified Salesforce Administrator (required).
* 5+ years of related deployment experience in complex environment.
* Commitment to continue to develop your administration capabilities through Salesforce Certifications (supported by MB&A)

MB&A is headquartered in Northern Virginia (McLean and Arlington, VA) with most staff operating remotely.

As a federal contractor and subcontractor, all MB&A employees need to be fully vaccinated or in the process of being fully vaccinated against COVID 19. During your onboarding process, you will be required to provide proof of current vaccination status (vaccine card) or, submit a religious or medical accommodation request that will be reviewed by MB&A outside counsel for applicability. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
