*Job Title: Training Coordinator*
*Duration: 6 Months*
*Location: New Brunswick, NJ*
*Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)*

*Job Description: *

• Uses administrative and organizational skills to support a team function or management.
• Organizes and control data and records for training and record retention.
• Ability to create and maintain internal SharePoint site
• Performs additional general office duties as assigned
• Schedules and communicates training events in Learning Management System
• Ensure requests and data entry is timely and accurate
• Ability to work closely with team by communicating clearly and with confidence
• Detailed oriented to ensure accuracy with data entry
• Can handle multiple tasks, processes and programs in a fast paced environment

*• Qualifications: *

• ELMS experience (min of 5yrs, preferably with ComplianceWire). Other ELMS could be SuccessFactors
• Intermediate – Advanced Microsoft Office suite
• Min of 2yrs experience in regulated environment (prefer Pharma / Biotech)
• Min of 8yrs working in training environment such as data entry, creation of courses
• Basic – Intermediate skills with SharePoint

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
