We are growing rapidly and need to add a bilingual social media and content specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish to our five person team as we have assessed these skills are in big demand for our business.

*Job Description: *

The Bilingual Project Manager will be responsible for handling communications between clients and digital marketing professionals on our team. This role will involve coordinating schedules, ensuring timely delivery of content, and answering any questions or concerns that may arise. The Project Manager will need to be available for 2-4 hours each day during regular business hours (Monday-Friday). This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the future.

*The Successful Applicant: *

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent bilingual communication and organizational skills. They should be able to handle multiple projects at once and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, project management and digital marketing is required.

*Offer Details: *

This position pays between $20-$25 per hour based on experience, with wage increase opportunities at 3 and 6 months based on performance. We offer ongoing paid training and development opportunities to help you enhance your digital marketing skills. In addition, we offer a yearly training credit of up to $350 for tools, education, and resources. We also offer profit sharing between 1-2.5% based on experience and performance for team members who work with us for 6 months or more.


This job is based on 10-20 hours a week to start with the flexibility to add more hours depending on demand in the future.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Day to day duties include but are not limited to

* Reviewing the status of tasks through our task management software ClickUp
* Sending completed draft and final work to clients for review and feedback
* Answering questions clients have about general digital marketing concepts, draft and final work through email and Zoom meetings
* Creating and updating contacts, accounts, and deals in our customer relationship management software ActiveCampaign
* Updating the status of work in progress through our customer relationship management system ActiveCampaign
* Completing weekly training and development to enhance their skillset
* Participate in weekly team meetings

*Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)*

A qualified candidate must have at least two years of digital marketing experience and five years or more of organizational and business communication experience. Our ideal candidate is a team player and loves to learn.

*Preferred Skills*

* 1+ years of experience in email marketing
* 1+ years of experience in social media marketing
* 1+ years of experience in website development
* 1+ years of experience in search engine optimization

*Physical Demands and Work Environment*

We have a team focused work environment and our candidate must be able to perform duties Monday through Friday on a daily basis, so that we are able to have timely communications with clients and team members. Outside of team meetings and client meetings our team members set their own schedules as long as they are able to meet all upcoming deadlines. This job is 100% remote. We do plan yearly team retreats, which team members can elect to join or not.
